This machine is the latest development in the continuous flexographic printing industry, it allows for combined color printing.

For the case of 8 colors we can print: (8 + 0) (7 + 1) (6 + 2) (5 + 3) ó (4 + 4)
For the case of 6 colors we can print: (6 + 0) (5 + 1) (4 + 2) ó (3 + 3)
In the case of 4 colors we can print: (4 + 0) (3 + 1) ó (2 + 2).

Each color owns independent control and does not need to change gear and roller when changing printing length. The device is directly controlled by the PLC to change the bag length without changing the roller set. The ink transfer is by anilox rollers, to transfer the ink uniformly the equipment has ink pumps for each color and an online drying oven.

WITHOUT change of rollers or gear to print different print lengths

1. Electrical parts: Advanced electrical control system, servo motor timing control, high degree of automation, very low maintenance.

2. Unwinder/Roll lift: Pneumatic roll lift, automatic fabric position control (edge ​​guide) by photoelectric sensors.

3. Pumps: Includes recirculation ink pumps that significantly improve printing uniformity.

4. Printing: Through the use of servo control, the length of the bag to be printed is modified. No need to change cliché roller, vastly reduces stock roller and gear costs. Reduces setup costs ( THERE IS NO ROLL CHANGE).

5. Drying: the oven at a constant temperature with hot air circulation allows rapid drying of the fabric and prevents contamination between surfaces.

6. Reel: The use of the reel with variable frequency control allows for uniform tension throughout the reel.
