C1300 and C2000 are machines for the highly automated cutting of raffia for the manufacture of FIBCs (Super Sacks) with the possibility of circular cutting, die cutting, cross and single loop, in addition to having additional modules for cold cutting and the cut for baffle bag.
This highly automated machine cuts all the necessary parts for making Big Bags; loading and unloading mouth, bodies and covers with or without hole. A central controller allows, in a very simple way, to program cutting lengths and quantities to be cut so that a single operator can carry out high production without any effort.

It belongs to the Simplemak group of machines to manufacture polypropylene sacks and super sacks. Big Bag cutting equipment is the key piece for raffia converters. In the 2 maximum standard widths 1300 and 2000mm there are 2 versions: Standard or Full (includes edge guide and cold cut). For all cases, you can purchase accessories with an “O”, “X”, single-loop cut, or baffle bag cut that allows the window cut for compartmentalized BigBag or baffle bag, programming completely from the software.
