Specifically designed to manufacture flat bags (L-stitch) from ventilated polypropylene/polypropylene flat fabric with monofilament/monofilament/gauze/ventilated mesh/burlap. The complete process consists of: unwinding, selvedge sewing (mouth), hot cutting, mechanical side folding, transport and side stitching (external or internal hem (butterfly)), bottom stitching (single or double fold optional), automatic stacking. The hot cutting is precise thanks to the servo motor. It is an efficient machine in terms of consumption thanks to the fact that it contains fewer pneumatic systems that were replaced by servo motors, which in turn allows for better precision and regulation of movements. It is possible to configure the equipment with 2 types of seams: “OVERLOCK” or “DOUBLE NEEDLE CHAIN” for both the side and bottom of the bag.
