DOGO – Automatic Stacker
DOGO stackers from SIMPLEMAK are automatic equipment implemented in the production of FIBCs (Super bags, Bulk bags, Big bags), capable of guaranteeing high productivity without the need to employ several operators. They are installed in tandem with fabric cutting equipment, allowing a large volume of pieces to be stacked.
This equipment is designed to achieve correct stacking in pieces up to 5 meters long, allowing it to be adapted to the multiple requirements of FIBC production.
The DOGO series models are electronically controlled by software and driven by servomotors, ensuring precision at every stage of stacking. They offer different automatic stacking cycles, providing great versatility regardless of fabric type or format. A highlight of these units is their simplicity of programming: by simply entering the length of the piece to be processed, the machine automatically adjusts speed, cycle time, and stacking distance values.
