Diseñada específicamente para fabricar sacos planos (costura L) a partir del tejido plano de poli-propileno ventilado/polipropileno con monofila- mento/monofilamento/gasa de vuelta/malla venti- lada/arpilla. El proceso completo consta de: desen-rollado, costura de orillo(boca), corte en caliente, pliegue lateral mecánico, transporte y cosido de lateral (dobladillo externo o interno (mariposa)), costura de fondo (pliegue simple o doble opcional), apilado automático. El corte en caliente es preciso gracias al servomotor. Es una maquina eficiente en términos de consumo gracias a que contiene menos sistemas neumáticos que fueron reemplazados por servo motores que a su vez permite tener mejor precisión y regulación de los movimientos, Es posi- ble configurar el equipo con 2 tipos de costuras «OVERLOCK» o «CADENETA DOBLE AGUJA❞ tanto para el lateral o el fondo del saco.

Specifically designed to manufacture flat bags (L-stitch) from ventilated polypropylene/polypro- pylene flat fabric with monofilament/monofilamen- t/gauze/ventilated mesh/burlap. The complete process consists of: unwinding, selvedge sewing (mouth), hot cutting, mechanical side folding, transport and side stitching (external or internal hem (butterfly)), bottom stitching (single or double fold optional), automatic stacking. The hot cutting is precise thanks to the servo motor. It is an efficient machine in terms of consumption thanks to the fact that it contains fewer pneumatic systems that were replaced by servo motors which in turn allows for better precision and regulation of movements. It is possible to configure the equipment with 2 types of seams «OVERLOCK» or «DOUBLE NEEDLE CHAIN» for both the side and bottom of the bag.
