Automatic Hemmer Attachment with ultrasonic welding to place in machine line cutting C1300 and C2000.<\/span><\/h2>\n

The team creates a mechanical sheet of configurable width on the edges of the fabric and then joins both sides by ultrasonic welding. The forward speed of the fabric is given by the speed of the cutting machine. The welding power is regulated from the ultrasound equipment. A motion sensor constantly monitors the movement of the fabric to stop ultrasonic welding in case the machine stops.<\/p>\n
