This machine is the latest development in the continuous flexographic printing industry, it allows for combined color printing.<\/p>\n

For the case of 8 colors we can print: <\/strong>(8 + 0) (7 + 1) (6 + 2) (5 + 3) \u00f3 (4 + 4)
\nFor the case of 6 colors we can print: <\/strong>(6 + 0) (5 + 1) (4 + 2) \u00f3 (3 + 3)
\nIn the case of 4 colors we can print: <\/strong>(4 + 0) (3 + 1) \u00f3 (2 + 2).<\/p>\n

Each color owns independent control and does not need to change gear and roller when changing printing length. The device is directly controlled by the PLC to change the bag length without changing the roller set. The ink transfer is by anilox rollers, to transfer the ink uniformly the equipment has ink pumps for each color and an online drying oven.<\/p>\n
